Ryan Halliday: Investors Seek $2.6 Million in Complaint Against Crewe Advisor Rep

He is not currently registered as a broker with any state or firm.

In May 2019 a party of customers alleged Ryan Halliday, while employed at Crewe Advisors, provided “misleading statements and insufficient disclosure” in connection to investments in private funds, specifically by not disclosing the products’ performance and also by failing to “adequately” address the investors’ concerns about “fees and other financial interests” connected to the funds. The customers are seeking $2,635,756 in damages in the pending complaint.
